A special story of kindness…

Sharing a special story we received that reinforces why we do what we do. “Ripples of Kindness” has never been more true.

Good morning, friend! I wanted to share a story my coworker told me today.

She told me that last night she and her partner took their kids for a walk in Forest Lake. Close to the shelter area, there was a pair of mittens, a hat and a scarf clipped to the low branches of a tree. On these items was a tag: "I'm not lost. I am yours." On the other side, the tag said "Inspired by One Good Deed."

Our hearts at OGD are full knowing that the reach of our collective kindness touches more than just the intended recipients.
