Bus Assignments

Your bus and team will be assigned on the day of the event. The buses will provide transportation to the parks and back.

Related volunteers/families will be kept together on the same bus.

Please Note: There is no public restroom available at the meet-up location or at the parks. Dress for the weather. Plan accordingly!

    1. Select a large cardboard box or plastic tote

    2. Tape (1) Scarf Bomb Photo Flyer on each side.

    3. Tape (1) Scarf Bomb Info Flyer on top

    4. Place donation collection box in high-traffic area

    5. Collect donations of new, gently used & handmade winter items

    6. When ready for final donation pickup, call/text Michelle at (612) 481-3515 to coordinate

  • On the day of the event, everyone will meet at Public Storage 1015 US-169, Plymouth, MN 55441.

    Arrival Time:

    • 10:45am CT (no later)

    • If you have items to tag, please arrive no later than 10:30am CT

    Buses leave promptly at 11:00am CT - please be on-time.

  • You are more than welcome to drive yourself or with friends. There are a limited number of seats on the busses - the bus seats 112 people. - so we are always looking for those that will ride share.

    We just ask that all volunteers meet at the check-in location before heading to the parks.

  • OGD accepts donations from groups and organizations such as yours.

    We are collecting donations through January 5th.

    Donations can be dropped off at 1315 Valders Ave N, Golden Valley, MN 55427 or any one of our other convenient locations.
